It seems that the phone was the problem. Moto g power doesn't drop calls while still using the same network. 5 stars for sure!

I got excellent assistance. Tiffany was patient and very knowledgeable . Anthony also assisted and completed the transfer of data from old phone.

Freezes up

Freezing is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. I am a fan of apple products so reverting to an Android it's really has to WOW me and I didn't get that. The main reason for the average rating is because this phone doesn't always dial out but I'm not sure if that's due to the quality of the phone or the service. It tends to always jump around when I don't guide it to do that. I'll be reading and it will go into another app. It's very touchy. On a positive note it has many options it does a lot of cool stuff for a reasonable price.

Bad phone

Poor glass quality and an unresponsive phone. Would be too easy to restore and reset if lost or stolen.

The Moto G Power 2021 is a good upgrade. I do miss the ability to swipe at the bottom to go back to what I was previously doing, but it's a small problem.

Decent phone for the price terrible volume control

Basically it is a decent phone but the volume controls are horrible. I would have considered a different phone had i know this simply because having the same volume for your ring and your messages does not work...In order to hear the message tone you have to have the phone almost all the way up and the ring is very loud.
