Long waits, incorrect action by the tech support, inaccurate writeup of my open box purchase. Look elsewhere for a large purchase or technical knowledge!!

The screen doesn't get bright enough or something about the lighting is weird. The touch screen doesn't work a lot of the times. Not a lot of theme options or picture/ display options. Too big it doesn't fit in any pocket and is difficult to hold. Heavy. It does have an excellent battery life though. I don't have to charge it for days sometimes.
