I can honestly say the touch screen doesnt always work and it doesn't have a back button which I hate. I've gotten stuck on certain screens and it was impossible to get out. It's just OK. If I had it to purchase again I would not get this one.

It's slow and clunky. 720p resolution screen looks archaic. Refused to recognize my SD card, claiming it was "corrupt" (it wasn't, my PC had zero problems with the card.) Connects to PC, but only sometimes displays the folders and files and is slow to transfer anything. So frustrated, ready to take it back but Best Buy will charge a ridiculous $45 restock fee, so not worth it.

Was disappointed as it wasn't much better than what I was upgrading from so I returned it and got a Samsung A21 instead.
