Used to love Motorola

Every time I open the camera it would freeze the screen and stall out. It was very frustrating . Because of how bad this phone I will not buy motorola again.

Need to unlocked

USB-C connector failed in less that 4 weeks

The Moto G Power was highly rated for its price, so I got one. The battery life was great, and the phone performed fine for what I needed. Yesterday, less than 4 weeks after the phone was purchased new, the charger connection at the phone refused to plug in. It has a USB-C type connector which had been clicking into connection and charging the phone promptly. This is very disappointing in a phone purchased new less than 4 weeks ago.

I wasn’t offered any SIM card, neither I was told that stores such as Verizon , Walmart, Amazon do not sell this kind of Sim Card

Phone problems

Have been back to best buy twice and phone center employees have not been able to fix. Phone conversations with a friend "blanks out" (not dropped). Some setting changes do not remain stored. Will return to Best Buy to check on the Motorola return policy. Phone purchase was less that one month ago.

VERY UPSET

They sent this phone so called brand new like excellent. No it was used. It had an AT&T SIM card in it. Already had someone logged into google and now to sign in with google it needs the person that owned it previously google account to even log in. I am very upset with this. NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

It's got issues but has a nice large screen.

I have had a few Motorola devices that were all dependable. This phone just sucks. IT drops calls, has a hard time getting signal and a few other issues. I should have returned it but I REALLY wanted a phone that had a large screen since i have huge hands. I wouldn't get this phone unless it is on sale cheap.

WANT MY $$$ BACK

Terrible phone
