Great Phone For Me ! 64GB memory nice (I had 16GB) Great display - Big - Don't like old phone SUPER battery - But NOTE, can not install new battery 720p Display, But cant tell any difference from 1020p Samsung Android 10 is great - I had like Android Loliop on Samsung Still have not switched my Verizon - I heard you need to have Verizon help you change to this phone - Should just try SIM ? 5 of 5 => BUY !

Although there was a problem in getting it as the phone was originally shipped to the wrong address. Best buy jumped right in and sent the phone to me at our address switching over from our old phones to the new phones was a little tricky, but that being said I'm not very good at that stuff I like the phone I like the style and the way the photos work and it was a good deal.

I bought this phone in May 2021. It has been 9 months that I've been using it. I had a different phone prior to this one which I dropped and broke. I wanted to replace it with something that was cheap and would give me a good battery life so I chose this phone. I use the phone only for texts, calls, GPS (navigation), and a few simple apps (airlines, texting, and a couple of dating apps) - nothing out of the ordinary. Video calls are a rare occasion for me. The negatives, and why I don't think one should by this phone: - My previous phone took 2.5 years to slow down to the same degree as this phone as in 9 months. It is very slow right now, and within the warranty period so I will explore if there is a possibility of returning it or swapping it for a different one. - When I send a text, the message isn't sent and the status says 'waiting for connection'. I live in a city and the phone indicates that I am well connected to the network (the triangle that indicates network availability is lit all the way). Texts are not sent and the phone does not let me know so I have to keep track of it manually and resend any messages that are not sent. Many times the text that I 'sent' does not appear as a text at all and everything just vanishes once I hit send. - Internet does not work well, whether the phone is connected through a Wi-Fi network or the data plan. Web pages sometimes don't load at all, even though the same links work fine on other phones and computers. I put my own sim card in a friend's phone and had no issues accessing websites, but with this phone it is a struggle. - I have had multiple incidents where the phone just restarted, one of the times it took over 15 minutes for it to turn on. It restarted because I tried to make a phone call. Nothing was running in the background. Positives, but one should still not buy this phone: - It is cheap in the short run. In the long run, I will clearly have to put in more money to buy something that can last me at least a couple of years, which really isn't asking too much. - The battery life is indeed very good. While it doesn't last me 3 days as claimed by Motorola, I am sure that under perfect conditions and minimal use, it is capable of doing that. On days when I don't need to use the GPS, it can still give me between 1-2 days of battery life. Charging is fast, and stays for a while. Despite the fact that I love Moto Razr (though I wouldn't buy the new one) and have a soft spot for Motorola in my heart, this phone barely meets any of the expectations set by the company, and for most of it falls far short of it. For anyone who reads this, my recommendation is to put in some more money and buy something else, it will be a cost-effective purchase in the long run. As for my credentials, I am a computer engineering graduate student about to finish my Ph.D and understand the hardware and software in a fair bit of detail.

good phone for under $200, i had a moto but it just died, so i bought the latest iteration

The phone is pretty fast. the battery is strong and charges pretty fast. But it is big and heavy. the screen got a one inch scratch in the center the first week. And I was being careful because I didn't have a shield or case yet

I bought the 2020 model and in less than two years, the sound level is deteriorating to the point the phone needs replaced. There have been missed calls and texts because you can't hear the ring or notifications. I can hear using any Bluetooth device but not on or off the speaker. I've cleaned the headphone connection, cleared out the cache, made sure the software was up to date, changed ring tones, and tried other suggestions found on YouTube. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem with this phone.

pros: long lasting battery, very affordable cons: the phone keeps sliding out of my back pocket due to its large size, again it's ugly because it's big.

So far so good. Good picture quality and easy to use.
