    Having troubles with it , may be ATT fault , reception wise , not sure yet . Turning on and off is a stupid way , two buttions ?

    Talk about a crashout

    This is my third moto phone, and it will be my last. Battery life sucks, screen is insensitive sometimes, overly sensitive some other times. Constant system pop ups I cant defeat.. and the final straw - the dang screen cracked from being in the hot car.. Also the camera is worse than the 2020 Moto phone i had.. terrible ai, hdr is garbage and turns itself on every time. Even with gcam its sketchy. Waste of money

    Within one week, the phone stopped holding a charge. Best Buy will charge me $50 as a "restocking fee" to return this useless item. Pure scam.

    The phone that I bought two weeks ago has waited until two days after the return period to become difficult. All I am asking them to do is to exchange it for a MORE expensive model. Of course, they say its too late; I know they can override if they want. Now I'm STUCK with a phone on day 17 that I don't like and on which the internet can not work sometimes, Google maps doesn't load, the screen freezes, and the battery only goes about six-seven hours.

    Way too fragile, with a case on, the screen still exploded the only time it fell. Battery always took a long time to charge, to a quick time to die, just a terrible purchase

Does the call dropping happen in a certain location or everywhere? In the meantime, we recommend a few troubleshooting steps that may improve the situation. Please try restarting your phone if you haven’t already, as this can clear temporary glitches. Check your signal strength and see if moving to a different area improves call quality. You can also toggle Airplane mode on and off to refresh your connection. It may help to reset your network settings by going to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. This will reset all network settings, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth connections. Note that you'll need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords after doing this.     The phone keeps shutting down and starting over again and again. Defective phone. Bought as an open box item with excellent rating. Not the case on this particular phone.

    I do not like this phone. I have had problems with it since the day I bought it. I would have returned it had I not gotten sick and the returned time expired. I did not know you only have 15 days to return the phone.

    Was supposed to be new and was charged for new but when I got home and removed from bag factory seal was broken, charging block was missing and protective covering was removed from phone. At that point I have no way of proving so I could not return.
