    While I have not used it yet, it appears to be a good product. When it came I think it was missing the plug that is needed to charge the phone. I don't know what might have happened to the plug, but since I had an older version plug, I just used it to charge the phone.

Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. To help improve performance, please ensure Location is turned on and set to High accuracy mode in your settings. Clearing the cache and data of the Maps app can also refresh its performance.     I Liked the device but there are few disappointing points One of them is this phone is not compatible with all the carriers

    I should have shopped around a tad longer. Next day i found phone a whole $150.00 less. Best Buy penalizes $45 for a return... service was horrible as far as the purchase is concerned. Was literally told by sales associate he was on a personal break and if i wanted any information on the phone to just scan the code. Kevin just walked away!
