    I do not like this phone. I have had problems with it since the day I bought it. I would have returned it had I not gotten sick and the returned time expired. I did not know you only have 15 days to return the phone.

    Was supposed to be new and was charged for new but when I got home and removed from bag factory seal was broken, charging block was missing and protective covering was removed from phone. At that point I have no way of proving so I could not return.

    It says the phòne is unlocked but it was not And I was even charged $45 for restocking fee which was really very wrong,since it was not my fault. And the lady fr.the store was really very rude!

    This is the worst phone I purchased over the 20 years. Always restart by itself. Screen has a line at a random place. I cannot return it since problems appears after 2 weeks careful usage. I will never purchase any motor phone in the future. DO NOT BUY this phone sincerely!

    Missing sim tool. And does not work on my network AT &T this was a gift so was a couple of days.late for return window so.stuck with a phone that cannot use.

    Premium performance for les money

    My Pixel 4 bricked in January, so I grabbed a Moto G Play 2023 at Best Buy, which is a lower end performing phone. I purchased this Moto G Power 5g 2024 a week ago to replace it. WOW. I'm impressed so far. This phone's performance feels like a really dependable mid-range phone, and not a budget phone. It doesn't stutter, and is fairly quick. I get double the storage than my Pixel had. And 8GB of RAM is great. The cameras aren't as great as my Pixel was, but it still takes decent photos. It has NFC for tap payments, and nice sounding stereo speakers. Supports wireless charging and wired 30 watt charging. I don't use the wireless charging, but I have a 30 watt power brick, and it charges the phone from 5% to 100% in about an hour! And that lasts me all day. It's running Android 14 out of the box, and one OS update to Android 15 is promised, as well as 3 years of security updates. A phone battery isn't going to last much longer than 3 years, so I am happy with this. For the price of this phone, and everything I'm getting, I am very satisfied. This will be a great phone for me for a few years. Highly recommend this phone. Not everyone needs to spend $1,000 for a flagship device.

    Hard value phone to beat. Great battery life

    This replaces a Moto G6 Power from 2018, which I felt was the best value phone of that era as well. That one started exhibiting signs not uncommon to a 6-year old phone and was becoming unreliable for my elderly mother. Replaced it with this unit and she's over the moon with how much faster and more stable it is. "The battery lasts forever!" She's not a power user by any means, but having something she can use to communicate reliably is critical. It's also helpful that it runs any Android app, which includes communication apps with her health care providers. And being a bit forgetful at times, it's helpful to have a battery that lasts multiple days. And having 8GB of RAM to work with is great for someone who doesn't always understand how to close apps out. I always couple these with a good Samsung MicroSD card for camera storage. I've had her on MintMobile all that time, and this works flawlessly.

    Great phone great price

    This phone hits it out of the park without breaking the bank. The camera is clear and it lets you edit photos easily. The battery life is excellent and it has rapid charge. The vegan leather back is beautiful and soft. I will definitely be buying another Motorola when I need a new phone. Best buy makes it easy

    Solid Budget Phone with a Few Trade-Offs

    My honesty right now would recommend

    So far I like it an its relearning motorola I switched to this temporary to get me off a S7 Edge that was becoming dead to the world. So Time will tell for now I like it an im not being shocked etc like with my galaxy. I like some of the specs an camera so far time will tell I still want to upgrade in galaxy
