It's a bit laggy even on 120 refresh rate. I expected the battery to last whole day but it reaches 25% by the 10th hr it's turned on. Sound is great with custom settings for headphones or bt devices. Could improve on customization of screen color as it needs help. Very dull even for lcd hd. Sometimes it struggles to connect to the internet. Could be my network but should not lag like that. Camera is ok for just keeping event memories. Look elsewhere if using for project. Great for use as a back up phone.

I needed this for the NFC capabilities and it's nice that Motorola has put this on some of their phones. I would have liked to see the 6000 battery that they had on prior versions, though. Adam De La Torre on Mueller Geek Squad is a Star!

We went in to the Mueller Best Buy and were able to talk to Adam De La Torre within 20 minutes without an appt. Adam was extremely helpful, polite and professional and he went the extra mile after an initial unexpected problem he found a way to resolve it and got our phone unlocked for us. Adam's service and attitude was exemplary and Best Buy is lucky to have him on their Geek Squad. He's a rock star!

However, the user experience of the competing settings that conflict with each other (meaning Microsoft vs Google, et al), renders buying Androids a big mistake and time sink. However, a certain set of professionals rely on Androids for work, and Motorola has tried admirably to address this issue by adding their own layer of settings. Let the best set of settings/features win.

Best Buy was a good experience. I'm using the phone, so I don't have photos of the phone, but would my photos even be any better than stock photos? If you want a "real" look at the phone, just buy it. I'll bet you a coffee that you have the ability to return it if you don't want it, which you will, so you won't.
