The picture quality on the camera for both photos and videos is really good, too. The price point fit into my budget nicely. The Best Buy associate was kind and helpful. It can easily go 2 1/2 days with no charging and I even use the battery saver option which only lets you charge it up to 80%. This helps maintain the life of the battery which is super important. For the money you simply can't go wrong.

Worst battery life I have ever experienced

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone to replace a 2022 G Stylus, but I wish I had kept the 2022 phone. The battery on the 2022 lasted longer than the battery on this 2025 model. When I plug it in, it only charges half the time. Not halfway, just half the time. I have tried different charging cords, but that does not solve the issue. I have to keep plugging this phone in every day. Today, it was down to 20% after playing PokemonGo. I plugged it in and checked it 2 hours later. It was down to 17%, even though the battery icon showed that it was charging. I get that there's new technology and guidance about charging batteries, but this seems like an actual tech issue with the phone at this point (too late to return or exchange). It wasn't quite this bad in the beginning, but I did notice that it wouldn't always charge 100%. I just figured I lost track of time and it wasn't plugged in as long as it should have been. I have been paying attention lately and it's definitely the phone. I really would not recommend it to anyone, unless all they do is let it sit there without using it. I gave it 2 stars because the camera is pretty good. I guess this could be my new digital camera and I will just try a different model phone.

The G Power has more RAM, but still the same processor, etc. It takes decent photos. It's a good work phone, but I'd get something more powerful for everyday / personal use. It struggled very hard recently, when off-roading in poor coverage... using multiple map apps + camera +Android Auto + Pandora. It crashed several times, rebooted, dropped connectivity with the truck, etc. I knew then, it's not a good phone if you need to rely on it. Only if you're in good coverage, and don't plan to work it hard. Then it's ok. I use it for a work phone, and it's fine for that.

After have 2 Samsung Galaxy Ultra phones it was hard to add, but if your finances don't allow it. Then phones like this one will give you enough of what you're looking for! It has enough power, brightness, and good enough resolution to stream videos and movies. You'll like this phone enough.
