Good for general use

Only gripe is the touch screen. Don't know if it is the screen or my finger, but sometimes I have to tap the screen 4 or 5 times before an app will open. My old Motorola never had that problem

Phone was laggy

Clackamas store was great

And they were so rude in Springfield it was impossible to get any help. The guys at Clackamas were great, very helpful !!

Easily to transition from the old one, by purchasing through Best Buy. They transferred all my data for free to my new phone, Best Buy also matched the sell price from another company. I will always buy from Best Buy.

When I moved my service to T-mobile at the same, took it to their store and even got a $200 credit for "bringing my own phone" from other carrier.
