They charge a $45 FEE if you return it, paid $200 only getting $150 back for a brand new never used phone, not the first issue i had from best buy i guess you got to read the fine print better. You better hope the phone is not broken or you like it before even seeing it because there is no way around the "restocking fee" for returning. if i known i wouldnt of purchased the phone. Never going through bestbuy again. They also advertise warranties you cant even use. Everytime i shop from best buy its always an issue.

I have always liked Motorola phones. I can't really think of any positives about this phone that stand out strongly. I needed a phone quickly and purchased this. The battery life is truly atrocious. I would not recommend it for the price. Just overall a lot of glitchiness. I have already purchased a different phone for a lower price that far exceeds this phone. I am going to keep this one because I like to keep a "backup" phone in my car, but for everyday use....just no.

This Moto G Power 2023 is the first of a good line GPower 8's whose battery is not lasting my work day. To my surprise, and DISAPOINMENT, i have to get home from work and immediately charge my new G power 2023 so that i can use it at night. In the past my gpowers have lasted 3 days minimum. The immediate thing that sticks out on this device when compared to the previous model is that it's smaller. I don't need this device to be smaller. I need it to last a minimum of 3 days like it's done in the past.

Broke itself within 3 weeks, no dropping required.

The phone was practically new but the return period was over. Motorola has been difficult to deal with and the girl on the phone just told me, now that my phone has been at their repair shop for 10 days, I can only get a new replacement if the phone was both less than 14 days old and purchased directly from them. So in other words after being with Motorola back to the Droid X in like 2010 they are rewarding my loyalty. I'm not buying a Moto again and no one else should either. If you do, hang on to your old phone to cover the chance you will need it. Thank God I procrastinated recycling my G7 Power from 2019 or I would be hurting right now with no phone. This thing was a WASTE of money, time, and aggravation.

Will not buy again
