Hi Sandy, we are sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with our phones. Please know that we stand by our products and we want to make things right. May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you. Hi Janaki, We're sorry to know that you're experiencing slowness on your phone. Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Hi DenisM, we're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We stand by our phones and this is something we want to take a look at. Can you verify if you are using the original Motorola charger that came with the device? Have you tried using a different cable charger and see if there are any differences? I'd like to know if it does the same thing in safe mode. It is not a fix, but it will help us know if there are third-party apps that cause this to happen. Safe Mode will start the device without third-party applications running. To boot into Safe Mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, and touch OK when Reboot to Safe Mode appears. Restart the device to get out of Safe Mode.
