Only problem with the phone was trying to get old number ported to it by Verizon and that problem was 110% due to Verizon; not BestBuy OR the phone itself. Had to buy in-store because Verizon wouldn’t let me access my account to port the number. Poor sales guy at BestBuy spent over an hour trying to get Verizon to activate the phone. .Wish I could change phone carriers…

I realize this does not affect the functionality of this phone, yes phone works great! This phone has nice loud stereo speakers, bright screen and clear sound when talking on it ether with speaker or to ear. Pictures are bar none way clearer that earlier models.

Great phone for a great price!

The phone was extremely easy to set up all of my apps and content transferred seamlessly from my Samsung device to the new Motorola phone. Although the layout is a little bit different than what I'm used to it is still easy to use and I didn't need to move off of an Android platform. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend this phone for anyone that is budget conscious but wants a good high quality device.

It was SO complicated to use and seemingly did NOT speak the English language, that, without needing it, I bought a new Moto. It is SO easy to use, so logical and the picture is bright and clear as well as the pictures I've taken. With Best Buy's Geek Squad handling the transfer of data, I am SO happy to be back with my Motorola and will never change brands ever again.

Maybe opening certain programs was not in his work. But now i would prefer if my neighbor had helped me, at least it would work better. The service otherwise was good, the cell phone was similar to the one that was taken from my purse, which I like, the price was great.
