Good and not so good

But there are a few issues. The screen doesn't seem as responsive as the Edge device this Power replaced. I don't get anywhere near the battery life advertised - and no, I don't have any "always on" apps to drain it. And something totally baffling in the design - to turn the phone off requires pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons simultaneously! Ummmm, no, that's what the Power button is for. Even with a pretty slim case, it's difficult to get fingers placed correctly to do that.

Ensure that all the apps are also updated. You may also try to do a soft reboot, simply press and hold the power button for 10-20seconds. Good for general use

Only gripe is the touch screen. Don't know if it is the screen or my finger, but sometimes I have to tap the screen 4 or 5 times before an app will open. My old Motorola never had that problem

Easily to transition from the old one, by purchasing through Best Buy. They transferred all my data for free to my new phone, Best Buy also matched the sell price from another company. I will always buy from Best Buy.

I recently got a new unlocked phone from Best Buy. From day one, I have experienced poor reception from this new phone and have been back twice to fined out the problem. The tech at Geek Squad said they can't see the problem with the phone but it must be the Verizon issue. I'm contacting Verizon as I type. I am thinking the sims card was damaged when switched at the Best Buy. ?? I do like my phone , everything else is great.
