reception questionable 4 me!

I recently got a new unlocked phone from Best Buy. From day one, I have experienced poor reception from this new phone and have been back twice to fined out the problem. The tech at Geek Squad said they can't see the problem with the phone but it must be the Verizon issue. I'm contacting Verizon as I type. I am thinking the sims card was damaged when switched at the Best Buy. ?? I do like my phone , everything else is great.

If I use it in my left hand I keep exiting out of whatever I'm doing which is really my only gripe.

New Phone

So, far, it is working fine. It has many apps already added on that i donot like and I'm going thru them to uninstall them. They should be choices and not automatic.

GREAT GIFT PURCHASE

No inconvenience whatsoever. Just insert SIM card, hook cord from one phone to another and done!! Wonderful!! Does everything I need and much more.

This was an upgrade to my 3 year old moto g power and the performance is quite a bit better. The battery isn't quite as strong though. My old one would last two-three days without a problem, even with pretty moderate usage. I'm also not sure about yet about it's service connectivity. It seems to drop service both WiFi and my Verizon plan intermittently. I'm hoping this isn't an indication of an issue with hardware, so much as it is maybe some software glitching.

Great Verizon Pre-Paid Purchase
