Motorola Moto G 5g power

Then after a day or two it was doing weird stuff like screen would do the same thing as the movie Wreck it Ralph when the little girl Penelope has pixlexia as she called it. The device was factory reset to see if that would fix it, no it didnt fix it. Either way it was kinda sad I had to drive an hour in a half to BestBuy were it was purchased. I just returned it instead of exchanging it.

To assist you better, could you please share with us more information regarding when this concern first occurred and the steps you have taken to resolve it? In the mean time, I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. You may also try to reset the network settings, this will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone.
Everything must be set up from scratch.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS. Touch RESET SETTINGS
Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth, or try to share your Internet connection again. -Ythan

Screen integrity

Week, one taking it out of the box and putting on a protective cover for the screen and somehow the screen cracked. Phone Literally fell from a 32" tv console to a carpeted area and screen breaks, other phone slipped from the flooboard of the car to the ground less than 12", screen farm near shattered in usable. For a $300 midgrade phone, for the cost, Not impressed by either phone as they're equally problematic. Not recommended for active teens either. Good luck Motorola

Not as good as other Motorola phone models

Honestly, I bought it for the price and because I've always liked the Motorola phones. But this model is a bit of a dud. The weather app is terrible, my texts often don't go through, it doesn't have the same battery life as my old Motorola One 5G Ace. But it'll do for now.

It was $70. It felt like it was a $70 phone...and I still think I paid too much. No fault of best buy, they did their best to get me back up and running. but other than a, I desperatly need a phone, scenario like mine...

Forced App loads. Bad business!

Probably a star of two better than the rating. It might be the last Moto I buy though. They FORCED a download of TicTok onto the phone. Unacceptable!

Great Phone but battery sucks

To clarify, did the device overheat on the first day of use? Can you tell what are those things you were doing when it overheats? In the mean time.
