Great Phone but battery sucks

Posted .Sorry to hear your phone is warm/overheating TITO. We'd like to help. The device will show a warning sign if the device is really overheating and may suggest on how to cool down the phone. To clarify, did the device overheat on the first day of use? Can you tell what are those things you were doing when it overheats? In the mean time. May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Can you confirm that all of your apps are updated? To check, go to Google Play Store>Menu>Manage apps & device>under Updates available, tap "Update all." Bad delivery experience without ever getting it.

Send back to Best Buy without even asking.. Best Buy couldnt just redeliver. Had to go back to them, refunded and then reorder and hope it doesnt happen again.

The thing keeps sending certain calls to voicemail

This has caused some havoc. I say spend a little extra and get a more reliable phone. Plus it's a little clunky to use.

NUTS!

I had to take it back twice to get it fixed to use and twice to Verzion. The first time was within 30 minutes of leaving the store. I wish I knew what language they are using to ask you questions to set up. Nuts!

Phone jack stopped working within 3 months
