Bad delivery experience without ever getting it.

Send back to Best Buy without even asking.. Best Buy couldnt just redeliver. Had to go back to them, refunded and then reorder and hope it doesnt happen again.

The thing keeps sending certain calls to voicemail

This has caused some havoc. I say spend a little extra and get a more reliable phone. Plus it's a little clunky to use.

NUTS!

I had to take it back twice to get it fixed to use and twice to Verzion. The first time was within 30 minutes of leaving the store. I wish I knew what language they are using to ask you questions to set up. Nuts!

Phone jack stopped working within 3 months

So many problems over the 9 months I've had the phone, Best Buy support was absolutely non existent, two things I will never do again: buy a motorola (I've had at least 7) and most importantly buy an electronic device from Best Buy!!!

Good phone, Poor service

First, we had to wait to check out for 30 minutes when there was only one customer in front of us. Second, sales clerk and assistant manager (not sure who he was) did not know anything on how to activate the phone. They told SIM card can transfer between phones which is not true. We had to go to the cell carrier to activate the phone. We will buying phones from cell carrier. We will not be returning to Best Buy in Lafayette, Indiana.

$300 brick!

No texts no calls. All i can do is use it for internet WIFI! ive changed phone number and sim and nothing worked.

Ok temp phone

Odd phone

I don't use it and still paying on it. Got a different one that works. Cat answer the other questions, only used 1 day then gave up
