    I purchased this phone for my 88 year old father and he has struggled using the android format. I too found it not to be intuitive to use.

    Everything that I have bought in it Best buy has either been broken or does not work I bought seven cell phones this year and every one of them are trash I would advise everyone to never buy nothing from Best buy everything is refurbished trash the open box stuff is a joke

    Finding it difficult to adapt to after using 2018 Galaxy android: flipping back to App screen, etc.. Also it did not recognize my SIM card.

    So exited and so disappointed

    For my basic limited planned use, I was quite happy and exited with my new Motto phone. However, very frequently as I was typing the keyboard letters froze, and kept freezing. No idea what happened but this is not normal. Had to go back or out. So disappointed.

    I buy this phone in Oct 28 2023 Today is January 7 2024 The phone freezes many times the applications do not open the phone is very slow I think that less than three months is too little to start having these problems

    Terrible! I've had problem after problem. The phone shuts itself off for no reason, gets stuck, drops calls, and crashes apps way too often for a person to be comfortable with.

    The touchscreen is not responsive, I have to press buttons over and over to get them to work. I didn't start using the phone right away so I missed the Lousy 30 days ( from purchase not pick up at store. So now I'm stuck dealing with Motorola. Not buying anything from Best Buy again if they don't resolve this.

    I was not given the free month of Xbox live as advertised. The cashier said it would be sent by email. I have received no email. I called the store and was immediately sent to voicemail, I left my number and have received no call back. Very unsatisfied.

    Purchased new. Spent 2 hours with Geek Squad. They couldn't get it to transfer files from my existing Motorola phone to new phone. They suggested I return it. That's exactly what I did. Geek Squad said the phone was defective.

    Glass is cracked on its own without dropping

    Only had phone for two months, did not drop it, and noticed a crack in the screen! Cheap quality, thin glass! Hoping that the best buy geek squad coverage that I paid for will cover this crack repair!

    Only used new cell phone for less than 2 days. Phone and charger get hot when being charged. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long. Taking it to Best buy geek squad tomorrow.

    The phone is terrible it wouldn't hold a charge I brought it back got another one the same thing plus within 2 weeks it quit working brought it back again and got a Samsung.

    I bought this because it was supposed to be completely unlocked and wifi compatible for all the carriers. AT&T is saying it isn't so it is really useless for me.
