Poor Customer Service

My God daughter recieved a blu phone 1st and was to by your clerk that it was compatable with our Verizon service. It was not. So we had to come back to your store and exchange it. We were then charged a 49 dollar restocking fee. Even though it was not our fault we were given wrong information from your clerk!!! I think this is bad customer service!!

"Unlocked phone" that's really easy to setup

Moto G Power 5G was very good. I installed my old SIM on the new phone, and it works and connects to my service without calling for tech support.

Nice phone, but Android 13 disappoints.

It's been trouble shooted and still does the same thing. Unfortunately I missed my return window to send back.
