    Will find a new brand of phone to use.

    I bought this exact old phone on 1/26/2024. Still within my 14 days of returning the phone. I see the fine print say a restocking fee expect in certain states and Oklahoma is one listed for no restocking fee. I will be returning this phone. It's junk. Brand new out of the box and it freezes constantly, lags so slow until it just shuts down. I will not buy another Motorola phone. My biggest issue is the sales guy that would not stop until he ran my credit and I told the guy multiple times I was working on it and I didn't want a pull on my credit. He lied to me they do a soft credit check, this is no such thing. So now that my credit score dropped back down and I got a junk phone. The second the computer said I was declined for credit that I did not want ran that rude sales man did not skip a beat on asking for my card for payment. Completely appalling. My first and last time ever shopping at best buy.

    Unsatisfactory Product

    The phone is terrible. Three to four times a day I have to restart it because I cannot send or receive texts or phone calls. I am going to try and get it replaced in hopes that it is just something wrong with this particular phone.

    Never let anyone talk you into something you don't

    Haven't had five days been charging for 3 days and still haven't reached 50%. Everyone says use original charger, waiting for a different solution spend more of my work day checking this phone than I do working. Sales guy at store sucked .
