Our expectations were low and the phone performed beautifully for it's price range. The internal memory is 32GB which gets filled up almost immediately if you transfer apps/settings from your old android phone so be cautious of that.

Bad phone, slow and buggy.

It worked perfectly for about a day, then it started falling apart. The camera is terrible and honestly you’d be better off getting a refurbished older iPhone for the same price. Not to mention that Best Buy will not tell you and try to charge you a restocking/boxing fee. And yes this is inevitable, because you WILL realize that you’re paying for something that’s worth a lot less then what it costs. Also it’s BLE only so if you have any RFID cards you need to use for work/school, they will not be compatible.

The frame isn't durable, it creaks when you apply pressure, and you definitely want a memory card for this phone, but other than that, it's a great replacement phone in a pinch.
