So when I needed to replace phones for 3 of my kids it was a no brainer to go with them. Alas, they aren't what they once were. One of the phones died within 3 months, and that is without misuse or abuse. I will definitely not be getting motorolas again in the future.

The box was damage, opened. I have not bought the plan yet, I just charged the phone and the battery soaked so fast even did not use it yet. Please donot buy this phone. I want to exchange to Best Buy, hopefully they did not give me a hard time.
