My husband dropped it and it quit working within the first 3 days of owning it.

Was not happy with it at all. It did not anything without having to go in circles. Not simple to use. Had to many added on apps. that I never use or plan to. Took hours to get rid of all the things I did not want on it.

It drops calls often, would love to go back to Samsung, but outside the 14 day return policy. Very frustrating!

I had to return it and best buy charge $45 fee to return it!! The phone was detective. Is ridiculous you have to paid to buy a phone defected!! I do not buy phone in best buy again!!

Worst phone ever and now I'm stuck with it, don't waste your money! Won't make or receive calls half the time along with numerous other issues.

Just dont pls XD you get what you pay for, I've never experienced this first hand. Awful slow device it cant even run android auto steadily, or instagram, or youtube.

Not good, i was expecting better. Lol not really yiu get whatbyou pay for that is for sure.

Phone already stopped working. Unless you don't have any other options, I would not buy this phone.

This is the absolute worst phone i have ever owned, and I've always purchased Motorola products.

1) Phone is extremely sensitive to movement. If it's on a table and you bump the table just a bit, the phone will light up. If it's in bed with me, small movements will make it light up as well. I should probably get a night stand but I'm poor lol. 2) The calculator sucks. Usually you can just keep pressing the = sign if you want to keep using the same number for sub/add/ect, but for this phone, you have to keep typing the number in. 3) Long charge time but last as long as a S10. 4) Lags alll the time when watching youtube videos. Even tho this phone comes with a 720p screen, it lags often. 5) BACK button is on the left side of the screen on the navigation bar. Most people are right handed and it's just awkward to use your left hand to go back. 6) Bluetooth and wifi, you'll need to go to settings to acrtually see what is available. On my s10, turning the bluetooth on will automatically show all the available connectable devices near me. 7) After putting your password in, you are greeted with a "More News" screen. Sometimes it disappears right away but sometimes you gotta pout password then swipe up to get to the home screen.

Great phone, so far I have yet to find a flaw. Cameras are good, screen is fast and reactive, great display and really good sound with unusually high max volume. The only "flaw" is the camera's are not flush, but that makes the rest of the phone thinner, so still 5 stars, it deserves more! I never had a phone switch over as well, it passed on my contacts and all my old texts, as well as sudoku games in progress, kinda scary considering the battery was removed from the old phone prior to turning the Moto on.,

To be expected for $150. I had used a Galaxy S21 before and while it is a little slower and less optimized; build quality, display quality, and the operating system are very alike. The battery life is better than the S21 so far, too. Once you can get past the small amount of added apps to uninstall and setting modifications that you need to do before the phone is perfect for you, this is a perfect phone for someone trying to be smart with their money.

I had broken my Moto G7 & needed a simple replacement but was surprised the quality & value pricing of this Moto G Pure. Nice size phone too + got Free Shipping even on the Sale price. Had an issue with the shipping ( due to UPS error ) but when I contacted Best Buy support team they took care of everything quickly & I received it the next day. 5Stars to BestBuy ! they always take care of customers .

Please note: This item is discontinued by manufacturer. I wanted this exact model, which arrived conveniently unlocked, to replace my damaged phone without disrupting the terms of my service plan. Motorola Moto G Pure includes tutorials on navigating the touch-screen, which is helpful. Maybe it's me, but I have sometimes had trouble getting used to touch screens in general. Overall, works well and was easy to set up by swapping the SIM card. I'm sorry that this phone is discontinued!

Nice-looking phone with a large, clear, colorful screen, and an update from my older LG phone which didn't have VoLTE capability. However, there are some features missing that were part of my LG phone that should be standard on all android phones, so I've had to install additional apps. Battery life good but not great. Don't like the camera notch at the top, but it's not a deal-breaker. It's always a plus to have an unlocked phone.

Best for a cheap price. Has awesome camera for professional quality. No lagging screen. All in all best phone.

Good enough cellphone for the price, it was a gift for my cousin and as a first cellphone was excellent.
