Best cell home I have ever purchased Quality exceeds previous Samsung

Is a very good phone. I buy 5 for my kids and me and we love it

I like the look of the phone but really expect a lot more from Motorola and not such a mixed up array in settings It is hard to find anything normal in the settings and I do not think you should have to look everywhere for something. The Specs say that it supports all Micro SD cards but I have tried three different times and its a brand new phone. It will take the sd card at first and then after a while it says the SD is missing and now it says it not reported and I am using the most common micro SD's.

I love this phone but I broke it 30 minutes after purchase lol great phones and customer service tho

Works for a cheaper end phone. Gets the job done..

By far the worst phone I've ever owned and I can't imagine it gets much worse, it worked ok for maybe a month and then all of a sudden it was terrible, constant freezing, apps just shutting down for no reason, typing on the keyboard and waiting 10 seconds for it to actually type, camera is God awful, freezes constantly while trying to take video, people calling and the phone freezes and I can't hit answer, it's just all around so bad

Impressed. It has great graphics and clear speakers. For the price, you can't beat it.

Phone carrier shut off my wifes phone after telling me it would work with their new network Even though it was a 4G phone, they shut it down and then told me it doesn't. They of course cold sell her a new phone. I said no, got in the truck and an hour later she had a new moto G. Superb phone, cheaper than the carriers offer and The Best Buy salesperson was top notch. I have a moto e and now I'm jealous!

Bought this as an upgrade for my mom's old LG phone. It has a very long battery life before needing charging. You can get up to 2 days worth depending on how your usage. It also has a option to avoid overcharging. For it's price it's well worth a look.

Good phone for the price. Don't understand why people think they need to spend $1,000 on a phone. This one works great for me and you can add more storage if you want to.

Bought it for my Mom in her 60s and she really likes it. Good phone for use w tracfone. Better than the ones sold by them.

The volume for me is loud. Im hearing impaired and i could hear people talking and they can hear me. got the same kind of phone for my father and he cant hear people talking. it seem like the volume wasn't working right. battery does not last for 2 days. lucky if it last a day

Good phone for the price. It has a lot of space and is fast. I bought form my mom that is 76 years old.

This was refurbished and not done well. Freezing a lot have to reset phone at least one time and day

Quite pleased with this purchase. It was an open box item for a very good price. Was in Excellent condition and has served me well so far. First time I had ever purchased an open box from Best Buy. Based upon how effortless the transaction was and the condition of the product, I would definitely consider buying future Open Box items from Best Buy. Value for Money was spot on. Well done Best Buy.
