Terrible phone. Company bought it for me

Called Best Buy, and since it is over the 14 days of purchase, I can not return it. Was given the number to Motorola, and was transferred 3 different times. had very bad connections, asked where I was calling - it was to Manilla. After 45 minutes, the call was dropped. Now I have to call back again!!! When you turn the phone on and when it rings, it says to you "hello Moto" and I can not turn that off!!

It is past the return date but motorola assures me they will replace it if they can not fix the problem with me over the phone. we shall see.....
