Then all the sudden the call stability just went bad, most calls now she can barely complete without her or the person on the other end getting frustrated and hanging up from how much it breaks up. Regardless of if it's a cellular call or wifi call, it's extremely frustrating. It's a shame because other than the call problems, the rest of the phone works pretty good for the price we got it.

Overheating

The charging port on the phone decided to start overheating out of nowhere. The phone started to smoke &, I smelled a burnt odor I have kept my phone in mint condition & I now have to replace it in under 1 year

Not for $300 though, you can get something better at that price. My biggest complaints are the lack of basic default apps like a gallery, calendar, notes app, etc, poor connection in buildings or at the edge of town that I didn't have on my old huawei phone with the same sim card, and most frustratingly of all: it constantly registers a scroll as a tap. I'm always opening links I didn't want to which has been an issue. It's a pretty phone but this is my first and last Motorola.

Really great phone!

I haven't had a new phone for over 5 years because I'm just a chump and I'm lazy and I don't really know how to choose phones well. Some people are better at it than others. I just want the phone to work and do what I needed to do. And this phone does that. It's very pretty phone. It's skinny and smooth. The buttons are almost invisible on the back. I would advise you to get a case. Definitely get a case! It's a very good phone though. So far so good

It seems to be working very well in all aspects concerning its features. I have to get use to swiping up and down/sideways in order to go back to what I originally looked up or was on. I live by the water and for whatever reason at times what the person on the other lines communication is breaking up and you cannot understand what they are saying. I hang up and call back and its fine!!!!????? The battery drops low enough if you're on the phone much of the day but charges fast enough. Overall, I would rate the phone an 8.5 out of 10 being great.

Birthday Gift Gone Wrong

This was my moms bday gift, which is today. We finally set the phone up and everyone who has called her said it sounds staticky. I called her and I definitely hear the static sound. Ugh, and there is a chance I may not be able to get the money back because I forgot to include (gift)within the purchase. I did all my research and looked at a bunch of YouTube unboxing videos. Everyone spoke highly of the phone. Other than that I love the phone wish the sound was better.

I'll keep it short and simple, great phone for the price, good display, good camera, overall it's a good phone. Why it didn’t make 5 stars? Missing a ridiculous amount of features, no gallery app, limited customizations, weird sizing when applying wallpaper, phone buzzes even when all the settings are disabled for it, and some other things.
