Charging port awful cell service drops
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charging port quit on the first one after 6 months and after only 2-3 months had to wiggle it to make it charge. I plug it in and set it on a table! No messing with it when charging literally just stopped working. Thought I got a lemon got the same one again and charging port bad after 2-3 months. Screen quality isn't too bad, but when you leave WiFi it starts roaming for service and u have none and have to restart phone multiple times for it to pickup sim.

Not so good warranty support

Im a stick to a samsung next time

Really bad phone.

Message notification does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This phone worked great for about 5 months, then it stopped sending notices when messages were received. Took it to Best Buy and had Geek Squad look at it, and also the cell phone counter. No one there could determine the cause of this, nor could they fix the issue. I had to install another messaging app, which is very annoying since it has advertisements. I was told my only other option was to buy another phone to replace this one, which is not a good option due to cost ant the fact that this phone is still fairly new.
