Really nice phone, affordable and great storage. the only downside the battery doesnt last very long as it says it does but its decent for the price.

Overall the phone is good. It's taking me a lot of time getting used to to it compared to my previous phone.A lot more technology. I would like to have a written owners manual rather than going on line.

This Moto phone is a good phone, does all the things that i want it to do. Takes a good picture. The battery life is good. I have no complaints about my new Moto phone.

First phone for my daughter. She is happy with it so far. It was pretty easy to set and to place parent supervision through google. The price is good and it even has the stylus for her to draw on her spare time.

Was a nice phone but it wasn't the model we thought we were purchasing. We thought it was a 5G phone.. They were out of the model that had more memory and was told this was the same phone but it wasn't.

So I had the 2021 version and got this as an upgrade of sorts but it just feels like it's lacking. Besides the processing speed and touchscreens sensitivity it's a miss for me. With this version we no longer get the turbo charging, some of the gestures i.e. activating the flashlight and the Google Call Screening. I absolutely loved the call screening on the other version. It was great utilizing that whenever I received a call from an unknown number.

Good phone at this price! Design of the camera and finger sensor could had been updated. There are many phones with good design available in market.

Amazing phone!!!! I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone who wants a “newer” phone that’s affordable. The camera is amazing and the battery life is pretty good.

So far, I can say I am pleased with the overall aesthetics of the product. I have not yet connected to my carrier, so I am not knowledgeable about the features it offers, other than those described in the specification

This the 4th phone I have bought of same model for my family it's a really good buy for 200$ specially good for elderly people who are with android iOS.

Several weeks (of irritation) b/c there is no NFC In 2022?? and I still have not been able to transfer any data, pics, whatsapp or contacts from old phone. Excuse me? I feel like a circus animal that has had to jump through hoops just to get the "basics" w/o having to go through uploading my life to google or some other app or a computer. The camera pix quality is SOFT - I hate it. And where does your photos wind up? Google, of course. NO, I want it on my phone, not uploaded to google or anywhere else. The phone is in BED with Google + despite disabling it, it comes back! Hate having my life linked to google. All they do is mine your data. Also, NO sound recording app. Not even a pre-installed basic one. Moto leaves it up you to go 'searching' for one (most of which have ads). And uploads to "their" cloud rather than the phone itself for immediate access. A major source of irritation. I'd go back to my Galaxy S4 tomorrow if I could. Even that work horse of a phone has NFC! Also, the settings menu isn't organized as well as it should be. LIKE items need to be listed with LIKE items. I can't tell U how many times I searched under a category only to discover it's not with LIKE, related items. Who has time for that?! Voice/sound quality is v. good. Battery life has been v. good.

I got this phone for my mom and she loves it. She hears it because the rings tones are unique and she has the option to zoom as needed.

This is my third Motorola phone. I haven't spent many days with this new Moto but I expect it'll do just well like the other Moto's. Reliable phone at good price, I'm a big fan of Moto.

I purchased this phone as a gift and so far I've heard good things about it! Very smooth and good camera. Stylus pen build in is a plus!

I mostly use this phone to check email and watch YouTube videos. Love using the stylus to respond to emails and the quality of the video screen and audio have been excellent. This phone is slightly longer (about 1/3 of an inch) than my other smart phones. When I couldn't get it to update (android updates)--an associate at Best Buy did it for me in the store--he was so nice. I appreciate the patience shown by the staff at the store.

I bought this for my mother and she loved it! She had been using LG phone, which was lagging a lot. I am glad I found this great phone at BestBuy

So so good. The features are similar to much higher overpriced units in the market. I love the Google interface. Android is a much better user friendly interface than Apple.
