The features are similar to much higher overpriced units in the market. I love the Google interface. Android is a much better user friendly interface than Apple.

Excellent phone for the price

Love using the stylus to respond to emails and the quality of the video screen and audio have been excellent. This phone is slightly longer (about 1/3 of an inch) than my other smart phones. When I couldn't get it to update (android updates)--an associate at Best Buy did it for me in the store--he was so nice. I appreciate the patience shown by the staff at the store.

Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System updates. You can try to do a soft reboot on your device too. Press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds. And there are too many ads for too many things and I don't know how to remove them permanently.

Have you tried to look for available cover cases via an online selling platform? May we know if we're talking about the ads from Chrome? Select the three dots to open the browser menu. This is a "unlocked" phone ready for any carrier. My only disappointment was the phone auto installing Tik Tock. Had to wait for the installation to complete before I could remove it.

I always get Samsung but I'm over the fact that they never hold a charge and wear out early and the cost is dumb. Moto G is my new favorite phone.
