Very pleased with the phone so far EXCEPT I have to recharge twice a day if I have a busy day talking, watching YOUTUBE and/or using my mobile games a lot. It does not have speed charging, so I generally charge while I sleep.

It will hang for a second or two and than resume. Did not have this issue with a previous Moto that this replaced. I knew this ahead of time but it does take a very long time to charge to full as well.

We had a few minor glitches with trying to send text messages and make calls but hopefully those things were fixed. So far its working, and we'll see how it goes

Bad at everything except battery life

The bluetooth module seems particularly terrible dropping connection regularly, music and calls stutter almost 100% of the time, quite often it fails to connect (or diconnect) annd the phone has to be retarted multiple times to get the bluetooth working again. The screen is not very good either, is not responsive and lags. Moreover, the actual performance during low intensity tasks is pretty terrible eg. watching simple youtube videos generates significant glitches in the form of colored bars spanning the entire screen, the phone has to be restarted to address this and quite often that doesn't even work. Both cameras (front and back) take pretty terrible photos. The photo resolution is on par with my old Galaxy S4, and that's a device from back in 2013. Not sure if they are using old technology or nif the implementation is just that bad. While the pen may be a nice addition, it is just a metal tube with a capacitive tip at the end. This is inaccurate and no better than your finger. Overall, I think the only redeemeing qualities of this device are the battery life, and the fingerprint sensor. The battery life is great, lasting easily 2 days in one charge, and the fingerprint sensor is very responsive and accurate. Considering that is pretty awful at everything else it's been relegated to the emergency device drawer in my household.
