Nice specs for the price, unfortunately my service provider said the device wasn't compatible so I had to return it.

We have always had a hard time finding a home that she really liked ....Until now. She loves it! It has a great signal, lots of memory and plenty of useful apps. The problem is a screen protector. We tried to buy one in the store, but they didn't have any for the new model. The suggestion was buy one from Amazon. We did, but a different associate said that since we didn't buy it from Best Buy, they couldn't put it on. I am not good at putting screen savers on, so I wasn't happy with that. Other than that, we are very happy with the phone.

Quite possibly the best phone I've ever had, the stylus feature was the bonus for me. Plenty of memory so you can do plenty without the hassle of buying a memory card to store more. Battery life needs a little work, but that's minor, this is a great phone

This is the third Motorola device that I have had and is the best one so far. The stylus works really well and the screen is a great size. Camera quality is good too.

Sleek thin phone. Was able to purchase a case on Amazon as in the store cases are not available. The camera takes nice pictures even night shots are beautiful. Easy to set up and transfer contents from old phone.

The camera is very good although I'd like to see better color saturation. Photos look a bit on the overly lit side with and without flash. Sound quality is better than all my prior phones.

Processor is good for browsing. Speakers are good for lessening to music and the screen is crystal clear. He really likes having the stylus pen and being able to draw on his phone.

I'd highly recommend this for a laggard like me who is trying to save money while keeping up with the newest major technological shifts. Because the Android version 11 is knocking it out of the park. I think this is even better than an iPhone. I found myself using the stylus a lot for a quick note taking, I also use the shake-twice gesture to turn the flashlight on. It's really handy. One of the things that can be improved next time is I couldn't find the Gallery app from the menu. I have to open the Camera and click on the last taken photo to see that. I also can't turn on a call disconnect tone like Samsung. So every time my wife hangs up on me, I'm oblivious and have been talking on my own for a while.

Fairly snappy processing of apps. Doesnt seem to bog down when switching between apps. This phone was also much cheaper then most other phones. The colors don't seem as vibrant as more expensive displays. In all I'm happy with the purchase
