Great Phone, but BB online extra charges?

Stylus Speakers are nice & loud, like having the notch for secure stylus position. I put a tempered screen protector on cell. I paid via Paypal & authorized payment of $279.99. I picked up cell @ BB & no receipt was given.Paypal was my receipt per clerk. After the pickup, I found out that BB charged additional $21.70 to my PayPal that wasnt authorized.

THE BEST PHONE WITH A STYLUS UNDER $300!!

So, I have to say that, overall I like to the phone. The only negative so far after a week is the battery seems to drain fast! I don't think you can get a better phone in this price range with a stylus. (My last phone was a LG Stylo 6)
