However, for some reason, it does not connect with t-mobile network that I have, so I have to return it. The return process is easy and no trouble.

It's taken (and is still taking) a while to learn the basics, but I'm getting there. I was most pleased with the ladies who helped us and switched over our data from the old phone to the new one. Awesome ladies and awesome service. Accessories were a little hard to come by when I got it, but they are everywhere now.

Good good phone no case once I bought the phone

So basically I purchased phone Jan. 15 and it's now Feb. 6 and I'm still not using my new phone, because I don't want to take the chance of dropping it.
