I gave it a 4 only because I don't know how to work the camera. Nice and sleek. I like that it speaks. The pen is okay I'm not a big user but wanted it on the phone.. also not much info to call for tech support.

She helped me pick out a phone, she was able to charged my old phone, although it was falling apart and she was able to switch the card from my old phone. She explained everything she was doing and assured me that if I had any problems to please return and I would receive further assistance. She was great!!!
