The biggest downfall for me is the CS person told us the battery lasts for 3 days which was better than the S9 (what I was going to purchase) but I charge it all night and within 2 hours of unplugging it, it will be down to 70% which is not good at all.

It is hard when trying to swipe the phone open. No crazy about the features because it has totally messed up some of the features in my auto such as pairing the phone to my automobile. I will be giving this phone to my grandson and purchasing something else.
