Looks Good but Performance Sucks

The phone freezes and shows I have calls on hold that aren’t. Also, the volume is super low when I try to talk from the phone feature. I can only talk with a Bluetooth, speaker, or hands free device. I had the phone for one month and Motorola acknowledged the issue, but wanted to give me a refurbished phone that’s not even the same model. I got very mad and just purchased another iPhone because Apple knows how to treat customers! I would not buy this phone again!
