OK phone but has signal problems

In the same area I’ll pick up my wife’s phone and get signal on the same carrier. It works great if you’re at home on the Wi-Fi but there’s more to life than just being at home on the Wi-Fi. That’s why you have a cell phone is to get out and about. Everything else about the phone is good for the price, Just wish it had a better antenna or something.
