Not Group Text Friendly

Even then this phone could not properly handle group texts. The group members were not correct after transferring the messages. I spent several hours with Verizon and Motorola support and they could not resolve the group texting issue. I returned the phone and bought a Samsung which had no issues with Verizon.

It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Not compatible with verizon

Consequently, I spent several hours in the Verizon store and then a 40 mile round trip drive back to Best Buy to return the phone. I liked the phone - just don't buy it for Verizon. The return process was the easiest part of this whole fiasco. The only reason it didn't get one star!
