Trash product and need to replace after 18 months

In August 2022 I had to replace the battery and charging port. Now in Nov 2022 the replaced charging port has gone out again and battery is discharging constantly. Besides the fact that the Verizone service in New Orleans is trash to begin with since Ida, the battery, even after replaced, isn't lasting the day like it did when new. I do not recommend this product.

Phone great, battery life is terrible.

I get less time on this brand new battery than I did on a smaller 3 year old moto. This phone doesn't even make it through a day. Charged it last night and on a resting state. I have 29% right now.

Don't do it... run while you can

I love Motorola products I just wanted to throw this against the wall.. Camera - terrible Signal terrible Battery life- was that included with this phone (I think it was left out) This purchase doesn't want me to ever get a Motorola and best slapped me with a $45 restocking fee. I was told if there was a defective there would be no restocking fee no phone should only last 1 1/2 hrs only doing spotify. I've had cheap cricket phones that did better..

An Awful Phone

I could not get it to take a back up I had from the phone it was going to replace. I hated using it SO much, I went back to my old phone! At least I didn't have to set it up brand new!

So I bought yours. It was not until I received the phone and had ordered a case from Amazon that I came to realize that your phone was a prior year model and did not fit the case. So I returned the phone unused, but was charged a $40 restocking fee. I tried talking to the store manager, but he was indifferent and displayed no customer care. Consequently, I will never ever buy anything from Best Buy again.

The screen image on isn't very good at all. It looks very dull and void of any real crisp colors. It's also kinda bulky.

Cheap fragile phone

Worst moto phone yet

The stylus fell out and was lost within 2 weeks. I had another Motorola for 2 years before this, and it wasn't as slow as this phone is at a month old. The updates only make it worse and the camera is one of the weirdest ones with very mediocre quality.

Worst wifi connection ever

Constantly drops and fails to auto reconnect wifi signal no matter where I am. I have used Samsung phones for years in all the same locations and never had a problem. The only way to reconnect is to restart even though I have auto econnect turned on. Web pages saved to home page constantly disappear I assume from software updates. Again never had this problem with Samsung. Don't buy this phone.

Then I updated it and the mobile data stopped working. The only fix is to buy a new phone because it's a hardware problem or whatever they said. I'm not buying a new one. I've sat on the phone for over 30 hrs trying to get this fixed. I looked online and saw the loss of mobile data is coming on this phone. It only works with wifi. How upsetting. If I could give no stars I would.
