    What a piece of crap phone. I bought two of these ones for my boyfriend and one for myself. Instantly my stylus fell out and the thing doesn't react to the screen

    This phone is advertising a battery that can last up to 3 days. I have not been able to get this phone through 12 hours of light day use without it dead by the time I come home from work. The audio also is not working on the phone I received. I thought it was my service until I realized people can only hear me on a phone call if they are put on speaker..

    Does not respond to touch consistantly. Resets itself and loses text messaging, photos, preset apps.

    Unlocked or locked thats the question

    I bought this during Black Friday sale and it is an open box purchase but it said that it was unlocked. When I tried to take it to TracFone I found out that it was locked and I'm not sure how to find out who it is locked to and how to unlock it without paying. And the return period was so quick that I missed the return period it was only 7 days. Very disappointed

    Product may be good but I had this mailed to my son from our local Best Buy. I told them the carrier. I even paid the extra price to activate later. I did not understand that part since later she said he just needs to put his SIM card in and it is good to go! Well, NOT!!! The phone is not even compatible with U.S. Cellular! He lives 3 hours away and he has to drive 75 miles to the closest Best Buy. We are hoping to get this resolved without me being there and before my 15 days are up!

    I have really enjoyed this phone. I had previously only used iPhones, so this is my first experience with an android phone. It took some time to learn the phone, but once I did, I really like features that make it really user friendly. I loved the Stylus and the fact that I could write messages instead of type them, but the stylus is really small and I lost it. I didn't think I would use the Stylus much, but it was really fantastic! I don't like that the phone comes with so many google apps, because I don't need most of them. Even when not being used and in airplane mode, the battery percentage goes down. I do not use my phone for 12 hours a day, but I always have to charge it before the end of the day. I have never gotten more than one day of use on a charge. The battery life is the biggest disappointment, because I was really hoping it would be better than my old iPhone. I might consider the Moto G Power in the future when it has 128gb, so I don't have to trade storage space for battery life. The reason I chose this one when I did was the 128gb of storage, which has been great. I love that I can download any app I want or need without worrying about using up my storage. I can also take as many pictures and videos as I want. Overall, I would recommend this phone. For the price point, it's really nice and takes great pictures. I'm officially converted and will never spend more than $200 on a phone. Apple phones aren't worth the price in my opinion. I like this one better.

    Horrible. Did not have SIM card, had to go to store in Glen Allen & they were no help. The salesperson @ Short Pump said new model turns out was not. Attempted to buy cover & had to go to Verizon & cover didnt fit phone & were told this was an 2020 phone. Unable to have liquid glass put on phone. In process phone barely fell when getting out of car & screen broke. I will NO LONGER shop Best Buy nor buy a Motorola product.

    With only 3 weeks of use, the phone already has problems. I put the phone to charge with its original charger from last night until morning and nothing was charged. Now I don't know if it's a problem with the phone or the charger. And the worst thing is that I can't even return it to Best Buy, because they only have a week to return it.

    it is pretty but calls kept going to vm, I could not retrieve the messages I want to return it. It is not being used I gave it as a gift and am waiting for my friend to send to me so I can return it.

    Don't think it's worth what it costs. Had a Samsung that was much cheaper and performed much better

    I felt the person was not at all attentive to our needs. He acted like he really didn't want to be there or to help us in anyway. The girl that helped us find the phone we wanted was very helpful, but it was the person that helped us when we went to pay for it that I was ready to just walk out and go somewhere else for he was anything but helpful.

    Screen sticks.

    I got this to replace my 2020 g stylus but I've had it for almost a week and the screen is already acting up. It does not register when I take my finger off of the screen so I have to tap it a few times to get it off of a button. For example when I text it puts like 2 letter a and if I play a game I can hit forward and let go and he'll keep running on. Awful.

    I still have it as a back up phone. The Stylus has an onscreen menu, and it never goes away no matter what app you are in. It gets in the way of texting and browsing. The speakers are HORRIBLE.
