    Not a very good phone the pen is very confusing and can easily break when trying to put it in if you put it in the wrong way the screen is very dark and it’s very laggy

    Phone is good for send text message take pictures and calling only not able to add an scandisk for extra storage because it's not compatible with anything. have to use cloud or download files to external storage. That sucks

    Wanted to like this phone so badly. Was pretty happy with my purchase until today. Literally purchased on August 29th and today (September 20th) I am unable to talk over the phone. Complete silence when I call someone or when I answer an incoming call.

    I will no longer purchase from this company. It is not compatible with the phone carriers it’s supposed be compatible with and customer service was no help.

    The Moto G Stylus (2021) is a very nice phone- so far a great deal for the money. Solid screen, speed, build quality and the stylus is more useful than I expected. However, as I have learned since my purchase, there is NO support for WIFI calling or visual voicemail on phones activated through Verizon. This appears to be an issue with verizon and not the phone itself. Would be nice if BestBuy posted this information somewhere in the phone description.

      Hi Enduser, We appreciate you have one of our phones and we would like to help. Unlocked devices like the Moto G Stylus 2021 do not have WiFi calling as an option. This is per design due to the WiFi calling being a carrier-specific feature. Wifi calling through Verizon will only work if the device was sold from Verizon. -Jess MotorolaMobility

    For being a Motorola this phone is sleek . However, my phone must have been the dud because it dropped calls. Or they were in and out only able to hear a few words.

    I alway told myself not to buy a Motorola but it was a good deal, I guess not. It stopped working a month after the manufacturer warranty. BestBuy can’t do anything about it.

    I do not recommend this phone. Not even as a temporary one. Touch is not accurate. Battery life is terrible. It freezes a lot.

    Very unsatisfied with best buy and Motorola both. I bought this phone under 3 weeks ago and it was ran over while I was at work and when I tried to get help with getting a new one nobody would help

    Didn't last a year. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and didn't even make it to a year. It just doed one day and now it wont even charge.

    Bought it as a replacement for a device that broke and had to return it only to pay a 45 dollar restocking fee for a device i couldn't even use.

    Would not recieve text messages, which has apparently been a problem for many others who have purchased this phone. Returned it after numerous attempts oof resolving the problem.
