    Phone works fine, but I'm disappointed in the cameras. I didn't realize how poor quality and low megapixels the front cameras were ...they look like they were taken with a phone from 2010. The selfie camera is fantastic, but I don't take many selfies. Its hard to take a picture unless I'm in it, but I don't always want to be in it.

    sure wish you could have gotten the case i paid for with it. But after showing up the other day for 3 days after I picked up the tel;ephone.

    My phone was a great choice exactly what I wanted. You couldn't beat the price. I recommend Best Buy to everyone. Especially if u on a budget.

    Expect a cut rate phone for the cut rate price

    One star for the price and one star because it makes phone calls. Other than that this is a terrible phone. SLOW - takes 15 minutes to restart, pages often get temporarily frozen and take about 25 seconds to unfreeze, switching between apps or pulling up the open apps has a noticable delay, I have to count to three slowly when I answer the phone to wait for it to actually connect. Setting preferences and Bluetooth connections are constantly not working and have to be reset. My trusted devices/locations now never work since update. The camera is not as great as it sounded and I don't like that I can't choose to not have all videos in wide angle. I was not expecting perfection coming from a Samsung Note but I less than 4 months in I am phone shopping again and know what I won't be buying. If the phone can't be what the expensive ones are don't try to say it is, just be realistic. I was willing to try for the price and was actually the guinea pig for my friends, now we know... If you are patient, only have three apps, and don't look things up constantly this phone will be fine for you.

    I will be returning the phone and can not review. The order placed was for an open box excellent condition product. That is not what I received. I will be cutting my loses before discovering they lied about the satisfactory they ended up sending me.

    Not built to last

    Bought both the Moto G Stylus 2021 and Moto Ace One around the same time. The Ace no longer turns on it was fully charged then just shut off and will no longer turn on. My Stylus turns itself off even while fully charged or when you shut it down it turns itself back on. It lags constantly now and sometimes it wont let me access my messages. I have to clear the apps cache restart the phone ect. My husband and I had these phones less than a year these are mid-range phones they are not what you'd call necessarily call cheap so to have to purchase new phones already. I can no longer recommended Motorola phones they are built to last

    Get what you paid for in life

    Great stored, horrible performance. Less than one year and the phone fails to charge or turn on. Now without phone will have to wait 14 days for factory replacement. Buyer beware.

    Nice phone, Decent Camera, but HORRIBLE support

    I bought this phone to replace a Samsung S10 that broke on vacation, and I needed something to get connected again until I figured out what to do. It was actually a really good phone. Software was clean and fast, the stylus was OK, but what I expect from Motorola or LG. The camera was OK, not bad, but coming from a Samsung had a lot to be desired. The problem: two months after I bought the phone (that lived it's entire life in a supcase and was not dropped or abused) it cut off mid call and became unresponsive. I could connect it to the Bluetooth in my car and receive a call but it would cut out after three seconds. Sent it back to Warranty with Motorola and they denied the claim. In fact, they were the least helpful warranty or RMA department I've dealt with in the last 20 years. I will NEVER buy another Motorola device. If I paid $100 for it I would walk away and not worry about it. But at half the cost of a Samsung S20 FE. That's pitiful. Be warned if you get hardware with issues from the factory that Motorola WILL NOT help you. Literally throwing money out the window. I've had Motorola's since the bag phone days. Sad to see a company that once upon a time make a good product to stoop to the level they are now.

    MOTO G STYLUS IS GARBAGE

    If I could give a 0 star rating, I would!! I bought this phone brand spanking new from Verizon. I cannot use the alarm feature because no matter what time I set it for, it goes off at 7:30 a.m., as well as the time I have it set for. The only way the phone will allow notifications from voice mail is if I pay the extra fee for visual voicemail (which is horrendous, by the way, as it rarely gets the spelling correct on any massage that is left, so that you end up trying to translate the mess of letters, or simply listen to to the message, so why do you need visual voicemail, anyway). The phone goes off with notifications at random times in the early morning hours, even though I have all notifications turned off (except for voicemail, which doesn't work). In short, this is the worst piece of garbage phone I have ever owned, and that's saying something because I have been purchasing cell phones since 1992! Run away! Run far away!!

    Choppy phone calls, people have trouble hearing me

    I bought this phone 5 days ago, and everything is set up and done. Problem: several people have told me that they either 2 words out of my whole sentences, or they don't hear me at all. The microphone & speakers work fine (already checked & tested). I had better reception on my old, outdated phone when I was living among many trees in a dark condo. I took out the SIM card & put it back in my old phone, and what do you know.......everyone could hear me just fine. Will be returning this phone to Best Buy.

    Horrible Phone

    This phone is awful! Phone calls would not come through or even show missed call notifications. My job tried calling me, as well as a family members. I checked all settings listed on the Moto website to check if that was the problem, and it was not. Motorola confirmed the phone is compatible with Cricket Wireless. The screen freezes up constantly and the battery was great the first few days, then would drain itself even when barely used. This phone was bought 2/1 and will be returned today.

    Good Until Android Update

    Th phone worked pretty well in the beginning with only minor issues until the new Motorola Android update rolled out. Since then, the phone freezes up, messaging & email not working correctly, lost several contacts, and horrible reception. Several forums say same about Motorola's version of the Android update being badly flawed with many bugs but no fixes being sent out. Being a 15 year customer of Motorola phones, I guess it's goodbye to Motorola and hello Samsung. Can't have a phone with major glitches like this.

    Bad for the price.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! There's no gallery app, you have to use google photos, and its a pain in the backside to use. Also, they don't tell you this. The calendar is also through google, which is also stupid. I hate that I'm having to eat $90 in restocking fees, but trust I will not get another Motorola EVER again.
