    Keep dropping calls

    I miss tons of messages and even when connected to wifi they don't come in. Never was a problem on last devices . I've restarted and updated my phone and nothing . I'm so disappointed.

    Horrible and slow phone. Couldn’t use for half an joir. Best buy would have return the phone since it is not damaged they say. Horrible customer service.

    Really laggy and slow.. this phone has more issues then people know . I'm glad I kept my OnePlus 8 5g.. hate to go back to it buts faster then this

    Would never purchase from here again worst experience purchasing through this Best buy, lack of knowledge employees and didn't set my new up properly at all
