We all have iphones but the split screen with stylus features allows us to finish an excel sheet and have all the data on the side, with one screen. The color is gorgeous pink and the phone is just amazing truly!

Good Low Budget Phone

Great as a mini-tablet

The screen resolution causes drawing to be less precise than my galaxy note 20 but she enjoys it all the same. Speakers are GREAT. Camera isnt top-of-the-line, but its a first phone. Best feature is that we can use Skype without cell service.

I bought it as a gift and when speaking with the person I got it for I noticed that the speaker was faulty, there are instances that it sounds as if the person was under water and far away from the phone. The person I gave it to is from Mexico, he put his SIM card in and it works over there. he was very happy with it, it’s works nicely in Mexico. He said that it’s the best phone he has ever had.i would not recommend it just because of the speaker issue, it could have been only just that phone in particular.

Her previous phone, a Samsung A50 got damaged and became useless. She has been extremely happy with it so far. It was affordable and the Best Buy associates were very helpful.

Poor performance

My mani phone is an iPhone and this is the back up. For starters, the phone is slow and laggy and not a very good experience overall. This is compared to the 2022 Stylus 5G which I got for around the same price as this. The 5G is fast and fluid especially for a budget phone, performance wise it didn’t feel like a budget phone. So I was looking forward to the same performance if not somewhat better coming from the lastest. Android auto barely worked when I first got the phone, it would simply disconnect and wouldn’t come back on no matter how many times I unplugged and plugged it back in. I needed to restart the phone each time unfortunately which in itself takes a very long time. The performance of the phone is very disappointing and it feels like a budget phone. Aesthetically the phone is very nice, it’s like looks was traded for performance this year. I don’t know how the 2023 5G models perform but this 4G models or at least mine doesn’t perform well at all.

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
