Hi Rico, Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern about the number of pre-installed apps on the unlocked phone and the limited customization options in the software. You can disable or uninstall unwanted apps: Go to Settings > Apps, select the apps you don’t want, and either uninstall or disable them if uninstall isn’t an option. Disabling prevents the app from running or appearing in your app drawer. We can help you explore ways to manage or minimize those apps and make the phone more tailored to your preferences.
