As an older user, I find change to be awkward, but each day gets better. Have not been using the phone long enough to have an opinion of it's full potential. In fact I will likely never experience the full potential of these phones. At my age, it is questionable as to which will expire first. LOL --- Getting a new phone plan situated to accommodated both phones through Xxxxxxx is all together another matter. And we wont go there....

I wouldn't buy it again

In my experience, this phone often needs rebooting when using Mobile data, the auto rotate is pretty laggy, and the touchscreen just plain doesn't respond sometimes, and you have you restart or force rotate the screen to get it going again. I feel like Motorola cut a few corners on this model. When things don't want to work, they really don't want to work.

The BB guys got me up and running in minutes and helped me start transferring data to the new device. The next day I was traveling to Asia. Did not even have to operate with my cell provider, smooth and trouble-free. Thrift store was across the street and didn't even have these phones in stock.

New phone & accessories

The sales associate was exceptional. I love my protective case. However, the protective cover that sticks to the front of the phone, already has an air bubble in it along one edge. We were very careful putting it on & it is getting bigger. I'm very disappointed by this. It's brand new & I'm worried it's going to start coming off or dust & dirt will be able to get underneath it. Please help
