Pleasantly surprised at service and device...

The BB guys got me up and running in minutes and helped me start transferring data to the new device. The next day I was traveling to Asia. Did not even have to operate with my cell provider, smooth and trouble-free. Thrift store was across the street and didn't even have these phones in stock.
