I was told i can send it back, because it lacked the charger. I was never told I would would be charged an OUTRAGEOUS restocking fee on a an UN-used phone. The policy states a restocking fee for large used returned items. This is a small unused cellphone!!! Ripped off by Best BUY and Motorola for not including a necessary part!

Became a brick in 3 months

It just turned off last night by itself and will not start up again. It was at 87% battery, hasn't fallen, nothing was spilled on it. Because it died and I was in the middle of a transaction online, I couldn't get the text for the 2 step verification to complete it.. TOTALLY was a nightmare getting that straighten out today! DON'T BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I had loved the phone until this happened.................

Great phone

The s pen is great. Battery is pretty good. Can get about 1 1/2 days before having to charge it. It has minor upgrades from last years model, but those minor upgrades makes a difference. I had the iphone 13 and this phone is way faster. Really like it.

It stopped working in 2 days...

Sticking with my Samsung A54

Side by side with a Samsung A54 at 50% brightness, and the Samsung is SIGNIFICANTLY brighter 3. Gmail app looks dimmer than rest of phone. Brightness is not even no matter the app used and it should be 4. Operating system not very intuitive, nor seamless. Not easy finding things that need modifying or adjusting 5. Tried taking a picture in low light. You CAN'T see a thing till you take the picture This is an easy pass.

RUNS HOT!

My Caramel Latte Phone

Amazing phone/do not purchase.

However, the more I started seeing other manufacturers update policies compared to Moto's I had no choice. Bud to get rid of it and move to a. Pixel 8 a. Which will be getting a ridiculous 7 years of OS updates. It's almost like Motorola/ Lenovo doesn't even think this phone is worth keeping for more than a year or two. If they won't update the phone for more than one year. People should realize that although this is a great phone for now, it won't be a year or 2 years from now when every other phone is getting the newest versions of Android which will include fantastic new AI tech and new tools to improve our lives. And we're stuck with an old Moto that might look great, but will not perform to the level of that that it should be able to perform to. It's a slap in the face to all Motorola loyal buyers. Shame on you guys! Motorola, I expected better. One update is a disgrace. Do not purchase phones that have such disdain for loyal customers.

Not a flagship but not a bad phone

I haven't had any problems or issues with anything. I have seen some negative reviews that looked made up. All I can say is this works great for what it is. If you need something with the best cameras and the fastest processor and the thousand dollar price tag then I can't recommend this. But if you want something that will do a good job with just about anything then I will recommend this.

Inexpensive and light with decent quality
