Hi JimC, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the new phone overall! We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing a problem with WiFi Calling on AT&T. While it sounds like everything is set up correctly on your end, WiFi Calling is a carrier-managed feature and may require specific provisioning by AT&T to function on a new device. We recommend double-checking that the WiFi Calling setting is enabled on your phone and ensuring your software is up to date. If the problem persists, it may be best to contact AT&T support to confirm that the feature is fully activated for your new phone.
